Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. This covers your account on theentrustedlife.com and in The Steward Leader app, including the Google Play version of the app, because they share one login.

How to ask

1. Email info@siplegacyholdings.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address you log in with, or tell us that address, so we can find your account.
3. If you have a paid Steward Leader plan, cancel it first under "Manage my plan" in the app so you are not billed again. If you cannot, tell us in your email and we will cancel it for you.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from your login email before we delete anything.

What we delete

• Your account: your name, email address, profile and login.
• Your Steward Leader app records: your monthly answer counts and, if you own a team plan, your team and the people on it.
• Your newsletter subscription, if you have one.
• If you ask, the posts and comments you wrote in the community and on the Prayer Wall. You can also delete those yourself at any time.

The situations you type into The Steward Leader and the answers it gives are not stored on our site, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.

What we keep

• Records of purchases and subscription payments, for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually up to 7 years). These are kept only for that purpose.
